Pharmble operates as a hyperlocal technology platform connecting users with local licensed pharmacies for the delivery of medicines and healthcare products.

The Platform focuses on speed, security, and transparency, ensuring that all medicine orders are fulfilled strictly by licensed pharmacies in compliance with applicable laws.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using Pharmble, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Accounts created by users must provide accurate and complete information.

Orders for prescription medicines (Schedule H/Rx) will only be processed upon the upload and verification of a valid prescription by the partner pharmacy.

The partner pharmacy reserves the right to reject an order if the prescription is found to be invalid, expired, or unclear.

Deliveries are carried out by Pharmble's delivery partners or the partner pharmacy's own staff.

Delivery timelines (e.g., 15–20 minutes for OTC or 45–60 minutes for prescriptions) are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or pharmacy availability.

Medicines are sold at MRP or prices set by the partner pharmacy. Pharmble may charge a delivery fee or service fee, which will be displayed at checkout.

Payments can be made via UPI, cards, net banking, or cash on delivery where available.

Orders can be canceled by the user before dispatch. If a pharmacy is unable to fulfill an order, a full refund will be processed for prepaid orders.

Medicines are generally non-returnable due to safety regulations, except in cases of wrong or damaged delivery.

Users must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including the procurement of restricted medicines without valid authorization.

Any misuse of the Platform may lead to account suspension and legal action.

Pharmble is a technology platform and does not manufacture or sell medicines directly. Any issues related to medicine quality, efficacy, or side effects must be addressed with the manufacturer or the fulfilling pharmacy.

Pharmble shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, and text, is the property of Pharmble Private Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Pharmble reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Platform for any user violating these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad, Haryana.
